The IYT RIB Master course focuses on the operation of rigid inflatable boats (RIBs) and small tenders used aboard superyachts. Training includes launching, docking, close-quarters handling, guest transfers, man-overboard recovery, and navigation. Students practice with real tenders in a marina and open-water environment, guided by experienced instructors. This certification is a key component of any deckhand’s resume and a requirement for many yacht jobs.
